Welcome to Stotra Kamal. By accessing or using our mobile application or web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our devotional services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stotra Kamal application (the "App"), developed and published by CodeSilpi ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.
2. License and Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CodeSilpi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Stotra Kamal solely for your personal, devotional, non-commercial spiritual practice and learning.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, sublicense, or resell the App or its curated audio/text assets for commercial purposes.
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local or international laws.
3. Panchangam & Astronomical Data Disclaimer
Important Panchangam Notice:
All astronomical data, Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Sunrise/Sunset, Rahu Kalam, Yamagandam, and auspicious
Muhurthams presented in Stotra Kamal are calculated using mathematical ephemeris formulas with the utmost care
for various global regions. However:
- Calculations are astronomical approximations and minor variations may occur across different traditional Siddhantas (Drik Ganitha vs. Surya Siddhanta) and regional calendars.
- Stotra Kamal and CodeSilpi are not liable for any scheduling, spiritual, personal, or financial decisions made based on calendar timings.
- For auspicious lifecycle milestones (weddings, housewarmings, critical ceremonies), users are always encouraged to consult their family priest or local temple almanac.
4. User Accounts & Data Synchronization
- Anonymous / Guest Access: You may explore stotras and the panchangam without creating an account. In guest mode, your bookmarked favorites and reading progress are stored locally on your device.
- Authenticated Accounts: If you sign in via Google or Apple, your saved favorites are synchronized across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive behavior or misuse the application services.
5. Intellectual Property & Sacred Heritage
- Traditional Stotras & Mantras: Sacred stotras, shlokas, and mantras represent timeless cultural and spiritual heritage.
- App Assets & Design: The unique compilation, Telugu and English typography, UI layout, audio recordings, software code, algorithms, and branding of Stotra Kamal are the intellectual property of CodeSilpi and protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODESILPI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR FREEDOM FROM TECHNICAL ERRORS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CODESILPI, ITS FOUNDERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
